I used my roommate's credit card online once. YES. I stolen it.
Now He found out it was me.
I hope I can solve this by give hime the money back.

It's impossible for us to to deny our previous claims. Otherwise, we will have
a big trouble in future. "
I want to know what kind charge I am facing?
What can I do now?

It should be larceny. What is the amount of money invloved? How many times? He

As long as your case was not reported to government by the Credit card company
or your roomate, you are still OK. Once they report it, you may face larceny
charge.The penalty could be a short-time state jail or fine.
I think consulting an attorney is the only thing you can do now.
