My case is I sold some stuff on ebay and used paypal as a payment account, now
the paypal helped the buyer cheatting me. I want to know whether I can sue
paypal or the buyer. is there an dangerous for me if I sue them for I am
student, suppoed not to do such stupid things?

i guess the lawyers fee will be greater than the money you want to get back
(suppose the lawyer is broke and desperate to take the case). is it worth it?
there does not seem to be any danger, though. if you sold out of regular
inventory and aim to make a profit out of it, you may get trouble with IRS
because they will regard the income as taxable. it's unlikely though because
irs is too busy with bigger fish.
