I am preparing patent bar exam, and am quite confused now they only allow a
electronic MPEP in the exam, no 37 CFR.
some info, such as those fees in 37 CFR 1.17, 1.18 etc are not in MPEP (at
least I did not find them). how do you answer those questions like " a grant
of small entity status entitles which of the following ? " -- then it gives a
list of fees. without 37 CFR, how do you now which fee is reduced for small
entity ?
