请问哪位知道H1转F1的情况
有个朋友正在上班要回学校读书,被告知在美国国内转身份要等三个月,这三个月内不能拿
钱之类的
不知道有没有大虾知道有什么办法快些弄好?
据说可以回国用F1再签过来,这样是不是有危险? F1会看移民倾向,这个朋友工作过了,而且
好像还交了Labor Certificate申请了.

hi, I had similar experience last year.
depending on a person's luck, the process can take from three days
to many months. It took me 90 days. I wanted to go back to China
for the visa, but OISS advised me not to do it. Vermont Center
is usually very fast, but it basically depends on the person's
luck.
I don't really think immigration intention is a problem, as long
as your friend has not applied for green card.
