1。本人中国本科法律毕业（没有中国律师资格），在美国读完LLM，请问这种情况考NY
Bar报名除了需要提交（a）本科成绩单；（b）学位证书证明；还需要哪些证明文件？
比如我从www.nybarexam.org上了解到一个要交的文件叫“Admission Certificate or
other Alternative Documentation. 根据我的情况，我需要提交一份"Written
Statement" from law school or admitting authotities in the foreign country
confirming that I have successfully completed the educational requirements
for admission to practice in the foreign country, in compliance with 520.6(b
)(1)”，不知如何出具这个证明文件？
2。今年7月的报名表是否只在3，4月份的报名阶段才可看到？（现在在www.nybarexam.
org上找不到
