hi, I want to learn law suit procedure and terms in u.s.a. legal
system, such as Motion for Summary Judgement, MTD,joint motion, appeal
procedure. etc.
may you please recommend a good book or the right course name
in community colleage?

Every state has its own unique procedures. The federal courts also has its
own procedural system.
Do you want to learn a particular state's, or the federal procedure?
At any rate, if you just want to learn some basics, then the federal sytem
should suffice. Glannon's Example & Explanation (E&E) is a well known
hornbook. You can find it at any law bookstore or online. Don't get a
casebook -- you'd feel hopelessly lost.
