Supposed not work exceed 20 hours. But will it be a problem if work over 20

then it's a violation.
don't understand how this happens. they can just reduce the hours to 20 and
increase your pay rate - and ask you to work a little harder.

You may ask them give you 1099G rather than w2 for the part exceeding 20
hours.
Still not 100% league, but looks better...
