？怎么操做？需要多长时间？大概花销多少？

public notary cost 1 or 2 dollars and you can find them in a lot of places
like grocery stores, 1 hour photos, etc. ask your local friends. Or you can
just go to your bank. as far as I know, all the banks do it for their
customers, but some may charge a higher fee than public notary does, and you
often need to make an appointment.
for public notary, you can just drop in and it takes 1 minute because what
they do is just verify you are the person who signs the document. so bring
your driver's lic
