There is simply not an universal tip exists that will work for one specific
law school.
Of course you should try to get LSAT as high as possible, then prepare your
application materials seriously and as early as possible.
List what are the advantages you have while others may not. If you have
worked, emphasize more on the problems you had of the job and how you solved
it.
Draft and ask your friends to read it. Get responses from them and edit. And
redo it until it's good as it could be.
