But they don't pay any year-end bonus for their associates though.

For such high GPA requirement but below-market pay, they must have something
really interesting to do that other firms can't offer.

W&C is the top shop in DC. Like Wachtell, they don't need to offer a higher
salary to compete for young talent who want the best work.
Also, I wouldn't call 180K below-market. Think of the extra 20K as a
guaranteed bonus.
