too, one little girl was trying to show off in front of him, a new yorker
almost hit his eyes, he yelled at her, "you bitch!." lol, lots of fun!

徐桂芝一生气嘴唇就发紫，别人也就给了她一个绰号：黑嘴叉。这是个贬义的绰号，意
思是气性大，好骂人。
改革开放之初，公社一下子没了，生产队分了，那些一天到晚被学习和会议赶着屁股走
的农民突然闲了下来，一年除了农忙那几天，我们村的大街上一大早就会三五成群地聚
着各式的人，他们或蹲或站，嘴里不停地说着东家长西家短的百无聊赖的话题。当时我
们那儿流行一句话: 农村人要比城里人过的好，因为城里人一天到晚要上班，而农村人
一年只忙那么几天。
徐桂芝骂人的声音很大，一开口就有人听到也就有人喊：徐桂芝开始骂街了。不一会儿
工夫，那些本来蹲着或站着的人群就会聚集在徐桂芝的周围，指指点点，或说或笑。徐
桂芝骂街的时候总会来回走动，人群也就会跟着她来回移动，远远地看上去就如一群人
围成一圈在做某种快乐的游戏。

My doctor told me that my later career will be affected if I apply for
medical leave (on disability program from the state) several times.
But I thought my medical record is confidential to future employers. Will
they know my medical leave experiences? Thanks.

最近碰到一个让我头痛不已的问题。在office 2007里，无论是word，还是outlook，在
编辑文字，比如写word文档，或者在outlook写email,只要我按过回车换行后，我的光
标就无法通过鼠标改变位置，也无法拖曳选定文字，点鼠标右键也无反应，症状就像是
整个编辑区域对鼠标包括touchpad锁定了，无法操作，光标我也只能通过键盘的左右键来更改位置。
我用的是windows 7 ultimate版本，用的是thinkpad T400，前几天还好好的，这两天
突然出现这个问题，让我都无法正常工作。网上google了一圈，也没看到类似问题。
不知道有没有高手知道原因，该如何解决，万分感谢！
补充：这个问题只有在我按过回车键以后出现，如果不按回车键，鼠标操作依然有效。

我现在也想转, 做了几年的交通工程, 现在PAY 80K左右, 觉得工作上需要学的东西快
到头了, SALARY也快到头了, 做DEPARTMENT的头(先不说自己有没有那能力)也才110~
120K.
现在还年轻, 想再折腾一下. 不转行就憋死了, 转行到LAW/FINANCE SALARY才有向上的
空间. 想问一下这里转行的,为什么会选考LAW SCHOOL,不选考FINANCE/MBA/QUANT?

这个事情我了解一些。如果你要是想和现在的雇主请这种假，应用的是FMLA policy（
法定一个员工每年可以享受12周的无薪假期），这样的话需要提供医生证明交给公司，
公司才给假期。但是对下一个雇主应该没有影响，因为他们没有理由去查你以前的详细
医疗记录。
另外如果你觉得现在的公司对你的状况有歧视的嫌疑，可以去起诉歧视。

I am surprised that you don't know she teaches there, she has been there
forever. Regarding to Allan, I think he is just hanging out there for fun,
with his bf, I think.
The Runthough is weekly, Saturday 6-8, $6 each, but most of them are Vibeka'
s regular students and at cham level

Another possibility is that this may result in a gap in his/her professional
resume, and future perspective employers may ask the person for explanation
. If that happens the best thing to do is answer honestly (if not telling
them all the medical details).
Theoretically, the employer is not supposed to discriminate applicants based
on health history, but in reality...

google了一圈，找到了原因，是联想的那个password manager作怪，跟office有点兼容
问题。你可以把office都设为管理员运行，就没问题了。或者直接把password manager
关了。

想问一下, 和美国人相比, 中国人在美国做LAWER 劣势大吗? 我实际想问的是口语在这
个行业重要性有多大? 请过来人指点一下, 谢谢.

if she is not listed on their website, i would have no way to know. are u
taking her private? or his? any idea of their rates?
and what? bf? who? i am shocked...(sorry for my ignorance)
are u intimidated by the presence of the champ level students? if not, maybe
i should try the runthrough there. $6 an hour is very cheap if they don't
charge floor fee.

litigation做到后来当然劣势是大的,一开始做discovery什么的应该问题不大吧;corpo
rate应该关系不大

it was a pure accident i booked that.

litigation很少有中国人做除了IP以外。
口语嘛，当然是越流利越好，不过再好也比过人家母语是英语的。
能喜欢最好，但至少不能讨厌。网上找两个case看看，然后想想自己能不能每天看这个
东西几个小时不觉得烦。

口语当然重要，写作更重要，对老中来讲最关键的是英语的语言能力，否则你都看不懂
case.其次当然是逻辑能力，但是老中一般都可以。
