我想去evaluate中国本科的成绩。问了board找到了州里认可的evaluate institution
的名单，现在有几个问题向大家请教：
1/如果对evaluate的结果不满意，可以不把这个结果送到board那里去，而再找一家重
新evaluate？也就是说，他是不是像GMAT送分一样，在评之前就填好你要送到那个
state，到时结果出来了你没有选择送还是不送的权利？
一个类似的问题，能不能同时找几个机构评估，最后选个自己最有利的？
2/我在KY，谁能推荐好的（或者不好的）评价机构吗？
3/这些机构评估的只是修了多少血分和课名翻译是否正确，而那些可算作accounting,
business，还是要board来判断，是吗？

Brief Description:
The seventh International Conference on Swarm Intelligence (ICSI'2016)
serves as a very important forum and opportunity for scientists, engineers,
educators, and practitioners to exchange the latest advantages in theories,
technologies, and applications of swarm intelligence and related areas. The
ICSI2016 is the seventh annual event in the high-reputation ICSI series
after Beijing joint event (ICSI-CCI'2015), Hefei event (ICSI'2014), Harbin
event (ICSI'2013), Shenzhen event (ICSI'2012), Chongqing event (ICSI'2011)
and Beijing event (ICSI'2010). Prospective authors are invited to contribute
high-quality papers (6-12 pages) to ICSI2016 through Online Submission
System. Papers presented at ICSI2016 will be published in Springer's Lecture
Notes in Computer Science (indexed by EI, ISTP, DBLP, SCOPUS, Web of
Knowledge ISI Thomson, etc.) and some high-quality papers will be selected
for special issues in SCI-indexed Transactions and Journals (including IEEE/
ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Natural
computation, etc.) after the conference.
ICSI'2016 will take place from June 25-30, 2016 at Padma Resort at Legian,
Bali, Indonesia. Bali is a famous Indonesian island with the provincial
capital at Denpasar. Lying between Java to the west and Lombok to the east,
this island is renowned for its volcanic lakes, spectacular rice terraces,
stunning tropical beaches, ancient temples and palaces, dance and elaborate

三个管脚封装的那种，1.Anode 2. Cathode 3. Case. pin 1 and 2 接偏置电压。然
后管子就应该工作了。但是不解的是这种Photodetector没有任何输出啊？放到电路里
，怎么接后面的电路啊，给点指点，谢谢！

三年前国内有机化学博士毕业,来美作了近两年的博士后,有了宝宝后,开始重新定位自
己的人生职业规划,到这个版学了很多东西,也想转行，patent agent是我的一个选择，
但是一直没有勇气去尝试，到这里看看有没有像我这样背景转行成功,现在做patent
agent的？国内的学位是不是一个弱点？
需要准备哪些方面的技能或考试呢？

1. 你问的好象没几个人有经验。我个人觉得最好找准一家，寄一份evaluation给board
，几乎没听说过有人重新寄一份的。如果你觉得第一家不行，等比较了第二家之后再寄
给board吧。
2. 你得先看看你们州批准哪些评估机构。
3. 一般有经验的评估机构都会比较客观的判断哪些课是accounting和business类的；
Board既然有一个信任的evaluation机构名单，就比较依靠它们了。

试试没什么坏处
不过，基本上比较难，第一，没有美国（名校）的学位，第二，化学生物的竞争很激烈
，美国人想做这个都大把大把，身边生物化学的几乎都是名校phd
