I like the following book very much, though it was published almost 20 years ago. Mightier Than the Sword: Powerful Writing in the Legal Profession (Paperback) by C. Edward Good (Author) ISBN-10: 0964824701 It was written by the in-house writing counsel of Finnegan (one of the top IP boutique firms in the nation).
