马上要开始上法学院了,有一种特别恐惧的感觉,不知道日子会是怎么样的,怕考试不好,
怕找不到工作,什么都怕.
我的一个现在是律师的朋友带我去书店买了好几本大字典一样的书,告诉我每一门科除
了教材都要买那么多的书,差一点没把我郁闷死.要读那么多的书吗? 有9门科那.
我在网上找一些论坛,越看我越怕,怕得我还没去就想打退堂鼓了.
有在法学院的朋友能不能分享一下如何在法学院学习,如何考好试?现在能做些什么?是

你一学期take 9门课？ 一半就可以了吧。
法学院的阅读量是很大，所以要花时间，还要会速读，可以去买些辅导教材，casenote， legalline 什么的，可以省些力气。但是无论如何课前一定要预习。
如果你读过PHD，听课应该是没有问题的。
作业好好做，找人帮你改改，如果对自己没信心，千万不要有语法和拼写错误。
考试一般都是开卷，所以其实很容易的。 学会做outline，或者去跟同学，网上找些
outline。考试基本上就没有问题了，没那么恐怖的。当然也有个别科目可能是闭卷的
，实在怕，如果不是必修课，就尽量不要去选那个老师的课就好了，先向前人打听一下
再选课。
再有就是积极回答问题了，别憋在那里，别发怵，不要怕英文差，多回答问题，当然要
回答对。还有就是课后没事找个问题跟教授“研究”一下，印象分很重要的。
教材书看你老师的大纲以后再买，没事别买一堆的black law dictionary的东东，用不上几回。 再说图书馆里都有。 老师给的教材list买了就可以了。

是很主观，但是你自己观察，投其所好。 一年级的大课，不要迟到早退，坐到前排，
多回答问题，混脸熟。
一年级的课都是必修课，写作不担心，应该会开legal writing的课，可以去westlaw上看看case，找差不多的case，读的过程自己模仿着写就可以了，当然有的judge的写作也有问题，不要看太旧的case。

legal writing最要紧的是你的逻辑能力，别写了半天不知道自己在说什么，文法的话用
plain English就行了

郁闷死了.我还就买black law dictionary.还有Emanual law outline 的几本书,还有
一些constitution law 的有声读物,有用吗? 我朋友还让我知道教材以后买和教材配套

LLM的.见了象亚洲面孔的吧,还都是在这出生的.我焦虑得直想拉个人说中文.有时候想
想上法学院是不是个错误的决定,谁会要一个连说话都不利索的人呀? 而且,每个人好象

My two cents:
1) How to prepare for law school exam
The most important is to outline material based on your professor's teaching
. The process of outlining helps you organizing the vast amount of
information. No need for an outline to be more than 50 pages. If a
commercial outline is different from your professor's teaching, don't follow
the commercial outline or any other external sources. (Remember, your
professor is always right!!)
The next important thing is to practice on some old exams bas

help you tremedously in the future for your career. Young kids are
emotional and unexperienced. They get depressed easily, though some of them
are really smart.

classmates, and legal practitioners. Join any org of your interest, at

you don;t understand at all what your professor is talking about. Simply put

most time consuming, however, I got A-s in my legal writing, which is
amazing considering I am Chinese. It is all about gettin

有些办法对别人有效，但并不意味着对你也会有同样的效果，尽快找到适合自己的办法
才是上选
制定每天的学习计划，并严格执行
不要等到最后才去做outline和past exams
