downpayment is about 20% - 30%
rent 350 (including everything, such as utilities+cable+internet) x4 = 1400
monthly.

hoa is about 150 monthly.
pretty confident that the rent can be > 11 months.
property tax rate is about 1.3%.
is it a good investment?

你是问visual studio，eclipse， netbeans用什么开发的吗?
我觉得应该是没用什么软件，直接用最简单的文本编辑器写的。

a dirty way is to add getuid in the script, and stop the execution when it's
not A.
