以下两个是现在team就有的SDET职位，基本上只有Bachelor’s degree in CS or
related field是必须的，其他条件都比较灵活。也会有Dev的position，这种Dev/test的转
换在contractor 的工作中很常见也很灵活。如果工作一段时间以后对成为Microsoft FTE有兴
趣，公司也可以帮助Refer。
1. Requirements
.NET 3.5/4.0
C#/C++
SQL Server/T-SQL
VSTS
Write complex sql queries and stored procedures
Writing test spec and test cases
Developing automation test code and test framework.
Silverlight is a plus
BI/DW experience is a plus
2. Primary responsibilities include:
Develop test plans and test designs
Drive the test execution and automation for your features
Assist with design and implementation of test framework features
Engage with Dev and PM peers in feature reviews, driving testability and
defining quality goals and metrics
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of industry programming experience in C/C++ or C# or
Java
Industry experience as a SW Developer in Test is preferred
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of testing methodologies in
interview
Proven experience with implementing/designing/debugging/problem solving
skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and cross group collaboration
skills
Performance testing experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field is required
