自己也觉得不是个办法，于是，从去年9月动手建立自己的网站。经过一年的慢慢成长
，现在网站拥有了40000visitors每月，今年revenue也提高到了$7M. 说实话，我今年
真的感觉eBay Sale不如以往。也许因为我们开了网站，注意力不在eBay上。不过实话
实说，网站开了半年，每月的销售额就超越了eB

保持绿卡必须要在美国呆半年的要求，是以年度计算（1--12月的日历年度计算），还
是以发卡日期/获得绿卡的日期开始计算的呢？

2015年的夏季是个多雨的夏节。自从进入七月份开始，意外光临的暴雨便常常覆盖中国
的大部分城市，无论是在夏季雨水一直充沛的南方还是在夏季总是炎热干燥的北方，在
这一年却都不约而同地受到了雨水的“浇灌”。古语云“残云收夏署夏雨带秋岚”，
夏季的雨的确为人们带来了丝丝凉爽和沁人心脾的舒适，但夏季的雨也是容易伤人的，
尤其是一些缺乏常识认知的孩童。
15日广西清远的一名年仅7岁的男孩，由于放学后在雷雨天冒大雨骑车回家而不幸被雷
电击中胸口和两大腿，后经抢救虽然恢复心跳，但脑部严重受损。这条消息真的让观者
惋惜。可更令人惋惜的是，孩子的父母在发生事故后的一句自责——“只是因为我们没
有告诉他雨天冒雨骑车是不对的…”
痛心之余，我们所该做的是对我们教育制度的反省。7岁，正常来说正是步入小学一年
级的年龄。在这个阶段之前的孩子就应该已经完成了初级的常识教育，开始接受基础的
素质教育和向更高的素质教育过渡了。但从这起本不该发生的事故看来，我们的常识教
育并不完善，甚至可以说存在许多漏洞。我们的孩子从小诵读唐宋经典、从小接受传统
美德的教育、从小知道四字成语所涵盖的意义，这些都很好。但我们往往会将常识教育
忽略，我们忘记告诉他们生活中存在的种种安全隐患、忘记告诉他们在危险的时候如何
机智的自救….所以，当危险步步逼近我们的孩子的时候，他们浑然不觉、换乱无措。
如今，社会大兴呼吁儿童的素质教育，素质教育固然重要，可孩子的常识教育是提高他
们素质的基础，也是他们健康成长的保障。所以，常识教育必不可少，它必须成为国家
教育和家庭教育的重要内容。

我有个表妹刚来美国，在store的试衣间把商品标签换了。出来后发现有人注意就没有
结帐，据她说没被抓，但是有可能被摄像头录下来。
表妹很害怕几个星期后被charge，问这种情况，商家有充分理由起诉吗？而且商家连她
的姓名地址都没有。

上海部分，因该是负责listing email答复等等ebay的客户服务
香港应该是做帐，避税，可能还有采购，因为离深圳很近
el monte应该是老莫打包工+电话call center

如果单是做单，那么成立在sz更加好
后来我想明白了，是把利润留在HK，避税
一年30m收入，上m的利润，这个问题肯定很重要
尤其是对于竞争如此激烈的行业

他避税的公司应该是OFF_SHORE 的，跟在香港和大陆没有关系，主要OWNER不是大陆
过来的，采购肯定他们更相信香港人吧。肯定也没有多少人的。

我老小新谨慎胆战新惊问一句
如果是low margin business, 7米乘以3到5个趴，那几个合伙人还不如自己去当个硅工
