今年没发1042s，所以要填8833，但8833有几个空（2，4，5）我都没读懂，不知道怎么填

我刚到加州，因为对法律不熟悉，钓鱼的时候应为chumming（把鱼饵撒到水里吸引鱼）
得了一张
misdemeanor的ticket，让我在指定日期上庭。
我第一个问题是，因为其他原因，我是否可以请求法院推迟上庭时间？
因为我是第一次，请问可否请求法官给我downgrade到infraction？
如果不能downgrade，请问这个misdemeanor是不是会永远跟随我的记录？
这个misdemeanor的记录会不会影响找工作，工作签证，申请绿卡和移民？
是不是填工作application的时候，也要check那些‘时候有犯罪记录’的选项？
第一次遇到这种事情，手足无措，请斑竹和各位前辈不吝赐教，多谢了
