need help for light house work.
Job duties:
dish wash - use dishwasher
clean floor -use iRobot
dinner/preparation
other general house work
时间: Monday-Friday 5:30pm-7:30pm
pay: $10/hour + transportation fee
location: NYC, Roosevelt Island (F train)
*另外，如果愿意早上（8：30am 左右）帮忙送两个小孩去daycare ( daycare就两栋楼

一个3-4年的mutual fund在2008全部share卖掉了.今年报税要那些文件？需要历年的
year end statement么？还是只有历年的1098T form 就行了。我的statement 都扔掉
了，我知道有的fund有网上的下载，但有的只放06年以后的。

根据http://dailymitbbs.blogspot.com/2014/01/485.html，里边用了I693，Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record。但似乎I485的介绍材料中明确说了他们检查I485材料齐全才通知做这些疫苗等的检测，很纳闷想问问大家是怎么处理的，谢谢

Office lease快到期了。我们远离公司总部，人少，老板打算不留办公室了，跟我说
work from home.
还打算申请PERM 呢，貌似这种情况不大有利？

一个是澳门制造，应该是观赏品，一个好象是茶壶，被改造成啦一个台灯。倒是个子
挺大的，有约30厘米高， 15厘米宽，我估计的。
我不懂，请大家看看，说说。

我今天去买了一棵，还不知道种哪里合适呢，准备在院子里给它找个家。树苗上带着果
子，圆圆的，揪了2个吃了，非常甜，但里面有果核，要是没果核就完美了。

I haven’t mentioned my brother for quite a while. After that summer, I wasn
’t sure if I ever had a brother. He disappeared in my life. After he
graduated from college, my dad found him a very promising position in the
government. He declined the offer and went to Shenzhen to find a job, an
insignificant position, according to my dad. I can tell that my dad was
heart-broken. He had invested a lot to plan my brother’s life and when he
was about to harvest his investments, my brother disappeared. He rarely
visited home. This year, he didn't even go back home for the spring festival.
After we visited Huaqing’s home, we all returned to my home to play games.
I had two game machines, which were purchased in Hongkong by my dad’s
friends. Game machines were such a rare thing. Wenyan and Huaqing loved them
. But I never liked it. What can I say? Grass is always greener on your
neighbor's land. After a few runs of games, Wenyan had completely revived.
In the middle of a game, Wenyan's mother arrived my home. Guess what? Wenyan
just left with her mom in a hurry. See, children never win a fight with
their parents. In addition, we always become the people our parents warned
us about. Seeing them leaving, I felt being lucky. At least, my dad never
slapped me. No..No..I shouldn’t have said that. My mom told me that you
invite bad luck if you say you are lucky.
By the end of the spring semester, I was thrilled to find out that one of my
stories was accepted for publication in a journal. It was a silly love
story about a girl who secretly fell in love with a boy who also secretly
fell in love with her. I brought that news to her father happily. My dad
said: “Qingna, I am so proud of you. When I was at your age, I was only
half as accomplished as you.” Oh, no. Whenever he said things as sweet as
this, I would end up doing things in his way. I reinforced my idea: “I
think my decision to study social science is apparently a good one.”“But I
still think you should study science.”“Dad, all the teachers of
literature liked my writing. See, one of my stories will be published soon.
”“...on a teenager's journal.”“...I am talented in writing. My skills in
writing can give me a good future.”“You are not talented in writing. Any
kids who read as much as you do can write as beautifully as you do.” He
said the same thing to my brother. He told him that if any kids had his art
teacher, they would produce beautiful painting too. I resented his way to
manipulate us. “Why are you doing this to me? Why?”“Doing what?“
Convincing me that I am not good at anything. You always destroy our
confidence first, then you control us. You did this to my brother. Do you
think he is happy now?”“The truth is you are too young to be truly good at
something.”“I know myself. I am good at writing. I just know it.”“Prove
it to me.” Here came a trap, but I was too young to recognize it. “How?”
I was too eager to prove myself. I jumped right into the trap. “You wrote
many beautiful stories about many extraordinary people, who cannot be seen
in our daily lives. I want you to write someone who is ordinary. I want you
to write some extraordinary sides of an ordinary person.”“I can do that.
Everybody has an extraordinary side.“No fictions. I want real life stories.
I will give you an address. I want to you interview someone. After you
interviewed this person, write a story about this person. You need to
capture both ordinary and extraordinary sides of this person.”For a moment
that I even forgave my father for what he did to my brother. Maybe he also
gave my brother opportunities to prove his skills and my brother failed to
convince him. I knew I can do it. There is nobody who I cannot write about.
The good thing about being hollow was that you lost all your common senses,
you took no sides and you can contain anything.

中国的法律总体来说似乎有很大的随意性，很多的歧视，很大的漏洞。比如离婚，法官
要决定谁是过错方。有时，这个问题的标准很模糊，有时更是没有办法搞清楚的，那法
官的判断就非常随意。还有很多很多的例子。不知各位怎么看？不知中国政府会怎样改
进？

中国的法律跟政策一样，都是按着性子来。人大里面几个有律师执照？

对呀。以我外行人来看，法律应该最有严密逻辑，但是中国的大小法律很多缺乏逻辑。
诸位法律界人士，不知道你们有没打算想办法改变中国法律现状？

每年都改一堆法律
不合理的法律还很多
慢慢改去吧
BTW:就和美国法律主要看案例一样
中国法律主要看的是司法解释，行政法规和规章
法律本身真没啥可操作性
