给小说配插画，最近要和出版商签合同。合同里规定
"Governing Law/Consent to Jurisdiction and Venue - This Agreement shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of XXX,

all actions brought relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall

brought in connection with this Agreement other than a cross-claim for

这个应该是很正常吧，尤其是大一点的公司。
真要有纠纷打官司，估计地方远点不是大问题，而是看哪个州的法律对你更有利了。
如果有顾虑，找个律师看看。

看来我记错了.我记得版上有人说过, 考MFE和C, SOA给的sample是重点. 熟悉就可以过了.
那么, 需要熟悉哪些才足够? 我倒有SAM practice exam十多套题.

exams. It is to waste your time. Reading ASM manuals and doing their
exercises plus SOA sample questions are quite enough.

mfe要做past exam，真题和那个特别像，至少我们那次特别像。

谢谢你的建议. 但是你考过机考C吗? 我发帖前的想法跟你差不多,但是有的人经验是光
做SOA上的题, 考C不够啊.

我刚考完MFE, 还在等结果. 有的确实很象. 但是郁闷啊, 除了不会做的4,5题之外, 还
剩2题没有时间做了. 我每次考试都做不完.
你速度快吗? 怎么做的?

做题不是在多，如果能把sample question做的非常透彻，那么考试时解决难题的可
