我在国内OEM的产品，参考了一个别的OEM牌子的包装；美国这边一家公司跟我说，这个
包装侵犯了他们的COPYRIGHT，我看了一下，颜色设计是差不多的，但是文字LOGO等等
差别还是挺大的，文字上雷同的很少。
据说在中国，3个地方不同就不算侵权。在美国，请问这种外包装COPYRIGHT是怎么算的？

similarity on any single federally registered copyrighted item may be
infringing.

1042是个类似于w2的表，1042表上的钱<=5000, 你曾经告诉过雇主，你有treaty，雇主
就不给你口税，直到你的收入超过5000
没有1042表，就说明了你的收入全部都交了税的，所以从里面扣5000出来，填在income
的第一栏
