An international Travel agency is seeking a Chinese speaking Operations
assistant for its Boston HQ office.
Duties will include (but are not limited to)
Answering the phone, taking messages and directing callers
Creating work orders
Developing and maintaining positive customer relations, and coordinating
various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled
appropriately
Coordinating with other departments as needed
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
精通中文和英語
Extremely organized and efficient, with excellent attention to detail, and a
calm and confident demeanor
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, engaging personality with a high emotional IQ; ability to easily
connect with people, in and out of the company, at all levels
Ability to take responsibility, work with a sense of urgency
Clear, effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with care and competence
Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, Etc.
One year working experience
Location
Boston

我知道几个考得快的都故意停下来不考最后的module。
等着毕业后到公司里去能报销考试费。
