公司给我办EB2，公司有一个跟我相同职位的同事，priority date在2008年，因为要办
结婚绿卡的缘故，这个同事不需要办公司的Eb2了，我同事的140已经批下来了。我想问
，我如果背景和职位要求都和我同事相同，我可以用我同事的priority date吗？多谢
你们的回答，公司刚要开始给我办，如果可行，我再跟律师商量。

PCT 不用oath/decl来建立filing date……而且，PCT从头到尾需要这玩意儿吗？
大多数情况都是PCT的app和fee进入US national stage的时候，才在USPTO file oath/
decl吧？

in my opinion, it is very important!
this is a fundamental course any engineer working in semi field should learn.
no matter digital or analog!
