琴10级，专业小提琴演奏与音乐理论双硕士，曾任职于职业交响乐团并在大学担任讲师

小弟转行党，这学期开始在本校上CS的课。目前是C++和Java两门课。为今后申master

遇到了一个噩梦般的律师，一个非常简单的修改文件的工作被他拖了几乎一年，无数次
告诉我，他第二天就会处理，然后是无穷无尽的借口，钱也是想尽花招要了又要，我现

找他的原因是跨州了，我不方便回去，就找了当地的律师，从来没有见过此人，他是个

it seems that the communication between you and my ex was quite smooth, andI
first paid you 10000 dollars to presumably cover all expenses, then

insteadof reinsburse after the case is resolved.
you told me many times that you planned to process my case the next day. I
once lost patience but then felt sorry for being rude to a busy lawyer. so
I am still waiting since I do have difficulty and need your help.
I would appreciate your help deeply if you could give me a reasonable cause
of the delay and complete it in the near future.

直接fire他。再换个律师。新律师会找旧律师要你案件资料的。他要不配合新律师或者
黑你剩下的律师费，跟他说你考虑去ABA complaint他，甚至sue他malpractice。他不
想吃不了兜着走，就会配合你的。
