如果刚开始学习投资理财，不如就先放公司match的好了。至于什么fund好，你公司应
该给你各个fund的基本介绍，还是要问问你自己，想要承担的风险有多少，一般来讲，
risk越大的fund，expected return越高。。注意是expected哈，Loss起来也是会很多
的。 一开始可以尝试一些比较保守（有cash,bond啥的），又有一些stock（large cap
，value啥的）就可以了。
银行里一般留有6个月的应急生活费就可以了。剩下的钱如果不熟悉投资，放在利息较
好CD里。慢慢积累经验，可以开始尝试债券投资，指数投资。。然后就是股票投资了。
我自己也是新手，相互讨论吧。
该给你各个fund的基本介绍，还是要问问你自己，想要承担的风险有多少，一般来讲，
risk越大的fund，expected return越高。。注意是expected哈，Loss起来也是会很多

If you cannot live well by maxing out 401k, only contribute up to matching
cap.
Otherwise, if you expect to pay higher tax after retirement than
now (no state tax now? super saver? low income now? expect tax to
be higher 30 years from now?), only contribute up to matching cap.
Otherwise, you may consider maxing out.

安装daily code就不能强调稳定性了，不过你可以report bug，呵呵

Actually it says here google is giving it out for free.

有人觉得自己投资比401(k)里的funds强？
有人觉得买房买车比存退休钱重要？
不过有一点大家别忘了，401(k)的钱不上w2，
降低AGI，在某些点上会影响一些tax deductions credits，
可能值几千块。

看你的box 1是不是小于box 5? 一般差的就是401(k) + FSA。

即使你设60%, 当你reach limit的时候, 你们公司的系统自动会suspend你的401k
contribution, 所以一般不会超. 401k超出上限, 绝大多数情况都是在那一年换了工作

和你是否有绿卡关系不太大. 主要看以后有多大可能回国吧.
如果回国可能很大, 还是不要趟401k的混水了.
