公司愿意资助学校一个不小的课题，学校非得在公司的标准合同条文中加上一条，可公
司没有让步的意思。已好几个来回了，双方还是寸土不让。眼看煮熟的鸭子要飞了。。。
有什么变通的办法呢？
Company:
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Client
shall not be liable to University ... for any ... damages, including but not
limited to loss of profits ... under this Agreement.
University:
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary except for
Client's indemnification obligations under paragraph 5(a), Client shall not

买了百威的音箱 KB5，做为乐队排练用，吉他键盘弹高音会出现破音，怎么回事？
大家有知道 KB5 的高频怎么样？？
还是不适合用于乐队排练用，只能作为键盘音箱？

Everytime I connected to a remote machine using SSH, I would get an error
message like this:
Unable to get valid context for
Does anybody know the possible reason of it? I guess I accidentally did
something wrong in SELinux. Thanks a lot!!!
