在中国投资，一年亏损了不少，请问高手，能不能在报美国联邦税的时候把这中国的亏

be careful of reporting overseas income/loss. they're subject to US tax if
you're RA. same goes on reporting foreign assets. unless you have
meaningful loss deductions to report, and unless you've been reporting all
other overseas incomes, you may be inviting IRS to scrutinize your overseas
connections.
