适合冬天吃，辣出一身汗～
做法：
1.冰冻或新鲜的鱼片，尽量片薄一点，比较容易入味
2.用料酒，盐，花椒粉，姜末将鱼片拌匀，码味30－60分钟
3.将姜丝，蒜片，大量干辣椒，花椒，葱段准备好
4.锅内放油，油热后先放入适量郫县豆瓣，炒散炒香，然后放鱼片下锅
5.鱼片先翻炒几下，接着放入姜丝蒜片干辣椒和花椒一起再炒几下
6.锅内加水，鸡精，盐，以及切好的豆腐，水漫过鱼片豆腐即可
7.大概煮十几分钟就可以了，期间注意鱼不要粘锅
8.最后加老抽上色，同时勾点芡，起锅，根据口味撒上辣椒面&花椒面就可以开吃了！

increase in the amount of code from the previous version, said Jim
Totton, vice president of Red Hat's platform business unit. The company
has added 1,800 features to the OS and resolved more than 14,000 bug
issues.
"The company focused its development efforts on improving the Linux
kernel, contributing more than 3,500 changes to the Linux kernel, Totton
said. Work was also done in power management. The OS uses the new power-
saving techniques in the AMD Opteron 4000- and 6000-series processors.
The OS detects when its server is not being used and can power down
components so they don't consume as much energy.
"The OS has also been future-proofed, in the view of the Red Hat
executives. It can support up to 16 terabytes of working memory, even
though no physical system could now actually run that much memory under
a single server. It has been configured to run up to 4,000 processors
under a single OS. This release also introduces management of NUMA (Non-
Uniform Memory Access), which allows the kernel to understand the varied
memory resources across a variety of processors, a needed feature for
tomorrow's multicore, multinode systems, Totton said."

It's up to you. I suggest you buy some good funds and hold.
But you need to first understand what kind of funds are good.
Just because certain fund return 40% in the last two years
doesn't mean it's good because it could lose 40% in a year too.
Investing stocks require some serious study and experience.
It's not an easy job.

对于基金，我认为主要是看他的资产分配
和投资策略（风格）。
本人比较激进（愿意承担风险），主要目标是
短期（3年左右）的风险调整后的收益。
不知道大家有什么建议？

you have to consistently analyze the market, and consistently adjust your
portfolio.
it seems that the world is going into a whole new "consolidating era".
for example, the DOW (US stock) might just range between 9000~14000 for the
coming 10 yrs.
these "ranging, consolidating" are much more likely in future.
it might be pretty hopeless/worthless to just hold a fund for a few yrs.
learn to do it on your own.
