在班上查攻略
有人说，咱大使馆这边一般会比较慢，给DOS的package可以晚一两个星期再寄出去
结果放了2个星期给忘了，3星期后收到大使馆寄来的不持异议信已经发出去通知才意识
到晚了。冲冲忙忙把package寄出去之后就天天到DOS上面查进程，现在显示package中
的材料他们都已经收到，可是没有看到大使馆的不持异议信，按说这个他们应该先收到
的才对。
大伙儿说，这个不持异议信会不会寄丢了，或者DOS收到不持异议信的时候，我的
package没有收到，case number还没有开通，便把我的当垃圾处理了，或者是我在这里
瞎琢磨。
7月底就要搬家了，真怕赶不上搬家之前办好，真着急呀。

问题核心， File ETA 9089的时候怎样体现用上上次曾经拥有的PD
个人基本情况
EB-2
上个M公司申请的EB-2
PD 02/2008
I-140批准
没有递485
被雷后又找到工作从头再来
现在马上准备File 9089,
第一条就很困惑，
1. Are you seeking to utilize the filing date from a previously submitted
application for alien empoyment certification (ETA 750) YES or NO
1-A. If Yes, enter the previous filing date...
这个ETA 750应该和我钱的公司是没有任何关系的
那么我怎么来在file 现在这个perm时候来体现我以前的PD呢？

Window和unix-like系统中，如何启动一个外部程序，

下面是ETA 9089相关部分的filing instruction, 可以确定和我以前的公司file的perm
没有关系，那么这次新的将要file的9089在哪里体现我上一个PD呢？还是压根不用
管？

Your question is not clear.
If you want to know how the web server (服务器) handles CGI internally, not
many people can help you -- better read some source code (e.g. Apache).
If you want to know how your CGI program will do the job, that should be
easy.
In the web world, we use forms to submit information. These information are
submitted to the server using POST or GET method. The form data is feed to
the CGI program, you decode it (or use existing lib functions) to get the
parameters you want. Once you get the things you want, you make a system
call to do whatever you want. The external program can write output to
stdout directly, or to a file. Anything you write to stdout will be
displayed on web pages.

我的担心是多余的

我的问题当然是第一个意思了，我不提web服务器的话不是很清楚吗
是web server启动一个外部CGI程序，设置好很多环境变量，
并且有需要的话从stdin中输入一些数据，然后这个CGI程序
运行，完了输出到它的stdout,这时候web server就获得CGI程序
输出的stdout的stream.
我没学过操作系统什么的，要是学过里面的进程管理应该很容易知道吧

自己查到了，就是调用系统的spawn类函数，
这个unix-like系统和windows都有的。
熟悉系统编程或者学过操作系统的不可能不知道这个吧？
