不知道发这个版合适不，实在不知道应该上哪个版问。
前两星期出了状况，打911派救护车送我到最近的医院。半夜发现早产风险，连夜又一
辆救护车送我到能接生早产儿的医院。今天收到账单才发现两个救护车公司都是out-of
-network，claim都被保险公司拒绝了，数字非常可观。不知道有没有可能去negotiate
，如果negotiate的话是跟保险公司谈还是跟救护车公司谈？求建议，多谢！

真不幸,本人是白人大老板的手下的一个中国老板雇用的postdoc,H1B签证,中国老板自
己没有经费,从大老板的基金中给我发工资,大老板是犹大人,实验室用了很多为了维持
身份的volunteer.实验室管理混乱,他自己都不知道经费剩下多少,系里通知他经费不够
,然后他就停发我工资,因为我是最新进实验室的.给了不到一个月时间找工作,这么短时
间如何能顺利找到工作呢?就涉及到我H1B身份的如何维持.问中国老板,他说身份可以继
续维持在该实验室,但就不发工资.待找到实验室后再转. 我想他们这样做可行吗?停发
工资要上报移民局吗?如果上报了,我就成了黑在美国了?
