我和老公到美国快三年了，我是J2身份过来的，到美国后转过H4，现在是F1身份在读书
，期间一直没有回去过，所以硬伤很多……无论如何，爸妈明天就要去签证了，希望本
版能保佑他们一切顺利！谢谢：）

我已经拿到了学校2年期MBA的offer，学校让我填写了declaration of finances之后才
把I20表寄过来。我到底应该填写多少钱？是显示足够2年的费用，还是1年的费用就可
以了？
听说该表格的填写将会影响到签证，能否请哪位大侠给我解释解释，出出主意？为了确
保签证，财务手续方面应该注意哪些？
MBA费用很高，我的大部分钱都是要跟朋友借的。

California Rep. Elton Gallegly is against illegal immigration, but relatively friendly to legal immigrants. Rep. Elton Gallegly does not like the visa lottery either. Basically, he does not like any unskilled immigrants. Maybe he could co-sponsor H.R. 43?

An avid illegal immigration foe, Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) will not continue
as the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee's Immigration
subcommittee.
Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) announced his selection for
subcommittee chairman on Friday, and California Rep. Elton Gallegly (R) was
chosen to head the Immigration and Enforcement panel.
King, who served as the ranking Republican on the Immigration subcommittee
since 2007, was selected as vice chairman of the panel.
He has long been an outspoken foe of illegal immigration — and has been
viewed as the successor to former Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) as the party's
lead anti-illegal immigration proponent.
In 2006, King went to the House Floor and built a model of a concrete border
fence that he suggested should be electrified.
“We could also electrify this wire with the kind of current that would not
kill somebody, but it would simply be a discouragement for them to be
fooling around with it. We do that with livestock all the time,” King said
at the time.
On Thursday, the Iowa Republican introduced a bill to eliminate “anchor
babies.”
The bill, formally named the “Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011,” would
bar children born on United States soil to “illegal alien parents” from
automatically becoming citizens.
King’s bill would alter the 14th Amendment to the Constitution that
declares, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and
subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and
of the State wherein they reside.”
King’s measure would change the amendment to require that at least one of
parent of a child born in the U.S. be a citizen.
A Judiciary committee source refrained from commenting on King's relegation
to vice chairman but explained that other ranking members of subcommittees
did not ascend to chair their panels.
They did, however, take subcommittee chairmen positions on different
Judiciary panels - with the exception of outspoken conservative Rep. Louie
Gohmert (R-Texas.)
For his part, Gallegly, the incoming head of the Immigration and Enforcement
subcommittee intends to hold his first two hearings on oversight of
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) worksite enforcement and the E-
Verify employment screening program.
“We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws,”
Gallegly said. “Most of my district casework concerns helping legal
immigrants. Like our ancestors, immigrants who come here legally want to be
American citizens, with all the responsibilities that go with it. It is
unfair to those who put in the time and effort to immigrate here legally to
allow illegal immigrants to break in through the back door.
“The answer to illegal immigration is fairly simple," he said. "First, we
must enforce our laws and secure the border. Second, we must remove the
magnets that encourage illegal immigration. Finally, we must remove the
benefits that make it easy for them to stay.

认识幸福，并不是找到什么可以避风的港湾，它来自内心的柔软与原谅，每个人都
注定在这风雨中穿梭，遭遇那些青眼白眼只是家常便饭，一个人向前活，并不是去要求
生活面面俱到，而是规范自我内心的奢望，在那些困扰和伤痛中还能够坚信希望，成为
了人生的一种温暖向上，在佛门来说叫做调心。
人生不是渲染成一种悲情，能斜眼看的世态炎凉，也可以端正态度从容相望，岁月
不是用来积淀那些负面情绪，每一天的重新开始，经过的故事可以崭新的改变和改善，
人生波罗蜜在于携心地一缕馨香，而不是一腔清愁，既然还能找到一种积极的思维方式
，那么何不让生活更具有适合生存的生命情怀。
人生这一场缘来缘去，学会接受否定，更要不忘初心，人生的那些许多空白残缺不
是用来叹息，需要自我的思考与充实，在这世态炎凉里漂泊，需要活出胸襟的大气，生
活从来就没有针对过谁，所以更要提醒自己，不必要在生活里挑剔，人生的活法，在于
和世界对话的方法，当然要学会心平气和。
每个人都是在和生活的故事遭遇，生活也在启迪着人生的那些领悟，学会尊重生活
，那么首先要回归内心的平静，能够超越这人世间恩怨情仇的牵扯，或者是开始思考，
如何能够在这世态炎凉中保持心情的平和，和生活和睦相容，而不是针锋相对。
活在这个世界，历经种种人生的艰难，所有的烦恼都是用自己的固执去逻辑和解释
生命的经过，而忽略了应该善待和包容的方方面面，谁也不是这个世界中的另类人生，
更不要把固执的自我活成一种孤零零，既然这世界总有这清风徐来，又何苦把自己的知
见活成对世界的一种障碍。
用一种内心的平静，去经过这世间的风景，春秋交替，山水相邻，这世间没有谁的
人生是残山剩水，注定需要面对许多的悲凉与残缺，但这恰恰需要自己的创作与雕琢，
用一份积极的乐观去改变，去化解内心的不平之气，去创新自己人生的困惑之境，人生
的囧，不在遇到什么事，而在于放不下。
