I just used a drywall saw. typically walls are
hollow, inside is drywall and outside is a fiber
board plus siding. it's kind of hard to cut through
the vinyl siding with the drywall saw though.
you might want to invest or rent a power recip or jig
saw.

as long as there are houses in your area, you probably
can find a contractor to put the hood on.
it's quite simple to install the vent. you just need to
seal where vent meet the wall with caulk, and maybe check
very year... your home depot like store should have those
vent things for you

微波炉是普通的微波炉
vent是两钟,一种是屋内循环一种是可以抽到屋外的.
你有两种办法:
1,把微波炉和vent都拆下来,买个中国的抽油烟机装上去
2,直接把vent的屋内循环改为抽到屋外循环
两者都需要你在墙上打洞.

厨房是整个房子最重要的部分之一,如果厨房不好房子价值就不会太高甚至卖不出去.所以
没有通风的坚决不要.如果自己可以做里面有很多技术问题:首先如果是condo你得先征求
物业管理和邻居同意,这可不那么容易;
如果是house那这house设计sucks,所以还是不要.象我的厨房里面还是gas range,内通风
的根本不行.而且内通风效果非常差,首先那个风机性能就差,没有多少风量,其次再加上几
层过滤管道阻力上去了,风量会大幅度降低而且过滤根本不解决问题.

装一厨房专业的HOOD(那种饭馆里用的) @@
味道的问题关键和厨房整体通风有关，你看看那房子是不是有两面窗户能对流 --
我随然装了个VENTLESS HOOD的瞎糊弄，不过厨房窗户和后门对着，后门又开在楼
梯间里 - 我一做饭，除了我家，整楼都能闻见，hoho
还有，炒完菜顺手把炉子台子擦一遍，基了旧油烟就很难擦了
