rate, 0.7% above the revised December estimate and 10.6% above the January
2004 estimate of $946B.
Housing starts in February were at a seasonally adjusted rate of 2.2M, 0.5%
above the revised January estimate of 2.18M, and 15.8% above the February 2004
seasonally adjusted rate of 1.9M.
