有2个问题请教有近期在北京签H1B经历的版友：
1. 现在H1B还可以递签么？我没有更换雇主，刚刚做了延期有一张新的I797，上个签证
过期日在12个月以内。
2. 面签H1B收到护照要多长时间？寄签要多长时间？

The saler's agent of a REO asks for count offer for the cash offers (damn,
14 of them). We decided to add $100 on top of the current offer price, so
our offer is 6% above the asking price. That is the maximum we can afford (
we will have to use our credit line to pull this cash offer out).

刚email了律师，律师说刚收到通知USCIS把PP申请reject了。估计是律师弄错了什么。
他们又重新file了一遍。唉，坑爹啊。希望这次不要再有问题了。

pizza peel，aluminum的，用于把pizza从oven里捞出来，俺还有一个peel是
木头的，用于在上面做pizza，把pizza放进oven里。两个peel一个都不能少，
惨痛教训后的经验阿（注：pizza在石头上烤的所以麻烦）。
