大家拿到offer以后都是什么时候开始上班的？是秋季开学的第一天么？感觉这样马上
上课的时间好紧呀，而且还要set up lab。系主任说我可以七月一号开始，可是从七月
到九月这两个的工资要用summer salary support么？总共就2个月的support，什么都
没干呢就用掉了？

My name is *** and I am a graduate student in *** and currently holding an F
-1 visa. I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law Ms. *** since she cannot
speak English. She comes to visit me and she would like to stay with me for
6 months.
My mother-in-law and me are very close and we miss each other very much. She
wants to experience some American culture and she really enjoys travelling.
So I have invited her to visit the U.S. I would like to show her my life in
St. Louis and let her visit cities like Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New
York. I am looking forward to this family reunion.
We would greatly appreciate if you can grant her a 6-month stay. My mother-
in-law will go back to China after this visit for sure and she has booked a
return flight ticket. Her husband, her 92-year-old father, her 5 children
and 3 grandchildren are all in China. She also has a solid financial
situation in China and makes a good living in our hometown.

听别的TX在BB家买的才收不到30刀，当然人家收了送费,全部加起来也就是60刀的样子
。看来HD的免费送，其实已经把钱收在部件里了。

我们是12个月工资的所以没这个问题
不过我当时傻乎乎的去晚了白亏了一个月工资。

我也在愁邀请信该怎么写，写一两个月最后呆了3 4个月有问题么？

想呆多久就写多久，入境官给不给就看他们了，一般都会给6个月的

你父母要是不会英文，这么一封信还是可能省去很多麻烦。

6个月会不会太长了? 我不知道如果不写呆多久会不会好一些
