我上周五用usps express邮寄材料，到现在也没有收到msg的notic他们收到了材料。是
不是递交材料的时候申请了msg和email notification service的，都会收到提醒呢？
一般要等多少时间呢？
我在usps track我的邮包发现他们forwarded到了另外一个部门，大家有没有相同的经
历？急死我了。
我邮寄的地址是：
USCIS
Attn: AOS
2501 S. State Hwy.
121 Business, Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067
usps显示的是：
Delivered, May 02, 2010, 9:29 pm, DALLAS, TX 75222
Forwarded, April 30, 2010, 10:12 am, LEWISVILLE, TX

最近刚刚买了个2009年的新condo，在NJ，有70%的入住率了。
请问还有没有必要请专业的home inspector？还是自己看看就好了？
请有经验的帮忙出出主意。谢谢。

If what you after is a peace of mind, then have it inspected. I have seen
many brand new house/condo have problems that need to be addressed.

So we need to address those problems in the contract to lower the price or
make the builder do something?

I am not saying you do have problem, but if you do find the problem before
you bought the condo, you can request have some money in escrow to address
the problem, you will sign a release after they have been fixed.
From your first posting, sounds like you already bought the place, there is
nothing you can do at this point, but if the condo is under warranty, you
can have them fix it before your warranty expire. So hire someone to check
for you is not a bad idea if you have no experiece yourself.

We have an attorney to review our contract now.
After that, we do the home inspection and discuss with the attorney again
with the result of home inspection.
I guess we still have the right to cancel the purchase.
It sounds hiring an expert is a good choice.
