basement有个family room，准备把现在的title remove了，然后换成capeting或是
hard wood floor，我同事说capeting可能会潮到了夏天，他们有的用engineering
wood在basement，不知道大家都铺什么在basement。谢谢！！！

你是想说现在铺的是tile吧？还是真的title有问题？

Both should be fine if installed correctly and room have HVAC.

Thanks a lot for you guys' answers. Our current tile could be asbestos tile
and it's ugly. So we want to get rid of it. Just checked the price for
engineer wood in lumber liquidator. 3.69/sqft for maple wood. 800 sqft will
cost $3000. Too expensive. Not sure laminate would be a better choice or not

asbestos 就怕动。不动没事，一动粉都飘出来了。吸在东西上成年累月
飘到你的肺里。。。
