怕公司不是正规公司，返税有麻烦。
太阳能热水器是这个公司的中国合作方产的。这里out-of-pocket有$3.5k，然后国州县
都有返税或grant，如果把instant rebate也算到成本的话，可以把钱都要回来。但对
这家公司正不正规，这种做法合不合适还是有点疑问。

I have used similar solar water heater units, I can tell you they do work,
not sure about their quality or installation. But if you can get this almost
free after all the tax rebate, there is very little to lose. If you are
concerned about damage or leak to your roof, have it installed in your back
yard facing south.
