由于家里老人有些紧急情况，所以急找一名住家或者通勤的保姆,需要4周左右。
家在new jersey grove street path station 附近。小孩9-6点在幼儿园上学，需要一
名保姆临时帮忙接小孩，烧晚饭，负责小孩吃晚饭等。如果谁家的老人正好在这里探亲

我的是30年,5%,然后675买了0.125%.
跟我的比差不多吧.我的是在boa.

就这样吧,15FIXED这RATE已经很低了.我也是刚刚LOCK的4.25

这个利率很好啊，我最近也在准备lock 15year的，但是都没有碰到这么好的利率。
请问你买点了吗？用的什么lender？

No Point, we use local mortgage company in SC, Loan amount $230,000.

what is included in the closing cost? Does it include prepaid items? Does it
include inspection fees?

This is a new construction, lender said the closing cost included all non-
recuring fee. We just have to pay Tax/stamps (depends on which town the
house located in and you will pay it ebery year)and prepaid interest which
is affected by the closing date.

昨天的利率不错:
wellsfago 30 yr fixed 4.875%,
no point, 60 days lock.
条件是 40%+ down payment
今天的　BOND　YIELD　又上升了，　这个　RATE　基本随　BOND　YIELD　但略有滞后

why not 99% down, then 1% 30year rate.

That's the new game rule.
If your down payment less than 40%,
the best available rate is probably 5.125%
compared with this 4.875%
