最近联系了精诚和张哲锐，感觉好像精诚更热情，更灵活一些，但又担心他们不太靠谱
，好像所有的难题在他们那里都有办法绕过去，有人在精诚办过EB1-b吗？

刚发现property tax deadline 过了10天，结果账单多了10%。大家知道有什么办法可
以免掉这个吗？第一年买房，以前也没收到TAX的账单，难道只有吃这个哑巴亏？

I have the same question.
I contact 精诚 on Eb1b too. Actually I have a weak background (PhD in USA,
Several OK papers, 20+ citations, several reviews (<5),No patents, no books,
no media reports). However they are so positive, and told me its no problem
to apply for Eb1b even the university doesn't sign. I was told as long as
the boss sponsors, it will be fine.
Any one has experience or comments? Thanks.

My guess: if the IO happens to sleep on the issue of who signs the petition
he or she will let you pass.
But if the IO gets serious, this might be the killer.
Just my wild guess. Jingcheng might actually have got around that once or
twice because they were lucky. But hey, everything about EB1 is about random
throw of dice.
