我觉得以后的GC至少会比以前快的。大概２００５年开始吧H１－B名额从１９万５减到
６万５+２万。２００８年开始经济衰退，H１－B更少的公司愿意SPONSOR。找过工作的
都知道好多工作听说要H１B公司就不要了。所以２００７年大潮以后绿卡肯定会比以前
快的。等４年应该是不会了，除非美国经济大好，两年交４８５是可能的。

Comcast now has Internet promotion at $19.99 for 6 months. However, the
installation charge is $149.99. And after 6 months, the regular price will
be $42.69 per month.
I am just wondering if the installation charge sounds normal to you. If
after 6 months, I try to get another promotion if possible, will there be
another one-time charge?

安装费有那么高吗？如果在网上订购，是99美元安装费。但是，今天我去Local Office
申请，似乎安装费减免掉了。我说，我可以轻松安装，我是这方面专家。

I did order it online because when I called the local office, they told me
the $19.99 offer is only valid if I order it online. Maybe I should try
visit the local office to find out. The $149.99 installation charge is just
way too high.

大潮后最坏的是5年拿卡，一般都是4年半左右。
08PD估计可以4年拿卡。
09pd估计可以3年半左右拿卡。
10PD估计可以稳定在3年半左右拿卡。

I called customer service and got an offer of $24.99 for 12 months with $50
installation fee, it sounded reasonable enough to me and since we were in bad need of internet, I just took it.
