最近下了一个short-sale的offer，但是假期要回国两个月，就怕中间房子lender通过
要close。我们agent说人不在也能通过email，fedex等完成签字等手续。可以人不在怎
么能close，拿钥匙呢？

担心到时候出现问题，close不了，赔掉earnest money。

我们买的时候卖家自始至终没有出现过

find a lawyer or your buyer agent.
Sign the Power of Attorney (Need the notarized copy)
In term of the money transfer, you have to either using casher's check or
wire Remittance. You need the escrow company's wire account information.
Then you good to go.
