Don't understand your comment. Your finger/hand is holding the caulking tool just like holding any other tool, it takes practice to be good. I am assuming you are using a kit such as this, right? http://www.amazon.com/DAP-09125-Pro-Caulk-Tool/dp/B002RN44E6

I got it, kind of like Indian people eat with their hands instead of using tools (chop sticks) I could never get the caulk perfect that way and more will stuck on the fingures, tool not only help press it in, but also help create a perfect clean finish (even the corners) You should try it next time. ( but I understand to the people who try to use chop sticks for the first time, they think their hand is better, but you will think other wise once you master the chop sticks)
这个director有点扯淡了.他们nsf官方网站上宣传为什么当reviewer的好处中,就包括 如何写个好的proposal. https://www.nsf.gov/bfa/dias/policy/merit_review/reviewer.jsp In addition to providing a great service to NSF and the science and engineering community, reviewers benefit from reviewing and serving on panels. For example, reviewers gain first hand knowledge of the peer review process; learn about common problems with proposals; discover strategies to write strong proposals; and, through serving on a panel, meet colleagues and NSF program officers managing programs related to your interests.
