律师说between the time of filing the labor certification application and the
time the beneficiary is granted permanent resident status, the Employer
must not change the job (including promotions, demotions or lateral changes)
or transfer the beneficiary to another location
尼玛是不是从开始file到最后那到卡之中都不能升职了？我咋记得file 140之前不行，
但是之后可以？
谁有经验给讲讲

请大家看看是不是正确哈。
需要重新刷漆，换地板，换base molding，装ceiling molding
1,拆base molding
2,sand 天花板和墙
3，刷天花板和墙
4，装ceiling molding
5, 拆地毯
6，装地板
7，装base molding
对不对啊？

这个也是当时我的律师对我说的，所以我一直是这么认为，就是title最好一点变化也
不要有。但是这个版块有人告诉我类似 software engineer到senior software
engineer之类的升职也许可以，但是升成manager之类的就不行了。
反正我到现在还是稀里糊涂的。

不对，地板应该先装，装地板灰尘大，会把墙壁搞脏。1，2，4，5,6先，然后3,7

好像是要有50%以上的工作职责match，
我I140批了以后，曾经在同一部门升过职，后来又换到相关其他部门，每次都要填一份
东西，律师给我一个guideline，我自己往里面堆就行

必须是140以后么？是不是Perm之中不行？

装地板的灰尘可以忽略不计，我就是先刷墙后装地板。
而且拆旧地毯前刷，连帆布都不用盖，地毯脏了直接就扔。
