H1B（没有申请绿卡）的时候，换工作太频繁会对身份有影响么？比如说3年之内换了3次工作，这样的话是不是增加fail
H1B transfer，fail GC的机会
或者有其他副作用么
补充：需要PERM申请绿卡

是不是houston的比较高？其它地方都4.5%?

再换个Broker试一试,不过也要看你的Loan Amount.

It's depends on your loan amount, and the year you bought your huose or
refiance, cashe out before? The closing cost will be different.We need to
calculate the closing cost to see whick rate can cover all your closing cost
. You can't compare the rate directly. Different state has the different
rate. You can call me to get a quote too. But today's rate is worse than
yesterday.
