Not much money, a few hundred if DIY or a few thousand if hire out.
把卫生间加大，
This could be very little or a lot depending on what you want done and what
kind of material you plan to use.

就是非常简单，尽量不改动PLUMBING，把墙挪出来，
把洗脸池或者TOILET移动一下。

It is not possible to 不改动PLUMBING and 把TOILET移动一下, that alone could
cost lots of money.
You still plan to use the old toilet and 洗脸池?
