I have seen quite some painted decks. But I really like the stained ones,
and I stained mine too, and they keep natural wood flavor and look much
better than the painted ones. Also, it doesn't seem that the stained decks
have the problem that the OP is having.

For painted deck, the surface should be prepared properly with deck
detergent, sand paper and/or pressure washer.

前房主是paint的，所以我们也是跟着paint了。要stain的话，工作量太大。。

打磨过的表面用高压水枪处理一下可能比较好，这样木屑清理的干净，而且木头的孔洞
也都能暴露出来，有利于抓漆。

我也觉得不应该是这个原因。是不是你的漆选的不对？如果没问题可以尝试别的牌子。

完全同意。希望那些想要从stain转倒paint的人一定要想好。

just sand it. try to use similar color. red is beautiful for deck.
