推荐一家华人搬家公司# Living

master毕业，一作的peer review journal 两篇，proceeding n作一篇，会议类poster
8个，其中5个打酱油。总citation暂时来说，2，属于农学类别。
我是很水的了，但是想着有authorship要搏一搏。reviewer申请了，暂时还没有review
的份。
请问版上的有经验的过来人指教指教。谢谢。

这次从德州搬家到费城，价格公道。态度非常好，而且做事非常专业。卸货的时候有点
问题，桌子装反
了，他们后来专门有售后电话，还派人专门从新泽西赶来帮我弄好。让我心里很舒服。
据说经营多年了，现在算是全国性公司了。大多数华人公司走廉价路线，感觉就是赚一
笔算一笔的公司。
但是这一家不一样，感觉管理层有长远打算。
美东，美西，南部的有福了！

不递，绿卡不可能自动送到手上。递了没批，你只不过损失点律师费和申请费，几千块
的事。干嘛不试一下。

我有朋友從西岸搬到東岸, 又從東岸搬回西岸, 搬了兩三次, 也是用飛達. 朋友他們算
是注重細節的人, 也很滿意.

It is a national firm now. Call them to ask.

niw 不需要authorship跟review
条件还可以，没有问题。opt如果考虑延期的话，递交申请后可能会有问题。

Kao,原来自己错过了这家好的公司.上次邻居搬家,看他们做事挺专业的,就问了电话.结
果到自己搬家的时候,忘记了公司的名字和电话了,只好找了一家叫"福华"的小公司,真
的不知道应该怎么形容他们的差.摔坏了东西,就藏在角落里,被我看到了,还不承认,说
原来是坏的,后来我给他们每人25小费,还嫌少,跟我磨了好一会,我说你们打坏了东西,
按理要赔,我也不计较了,所以小费就少给点,结果一边走还一边骂骂咧咧的,大家千万不
要找这家公司.

有相当大风险。
1. 没有博士学位。这个跟大部分NIW的人比起来是disadvantage
2. 农学属于大生物范畴。看看周围生物PHD申请的背景
3. Jounral太少
4. 最关键是citation太少。只有2个，很难说的过去。
不建议现在file，当然如果无所谓钱的话，可以去试，不过我不看好。

这是我申请NIW 时RFE里的内容，我认为从中能看出来到底NIW 要什么。
The petitioner must persuasively demonstrate that the national interest
would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. The
petitioner must demonstrate that it would be contrary to the national
interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of the beneficiary
’s services by making the position available to U.S. workers.
The petitioner must establish that the beneficiary has a past record of
specific prior achievement with some degree of influence on the filed as
whole. The beneficiary’s previous influence on the filed as a whole must
justify projections of future benefit to the national interest. The
petitioner must establish, in some capacity, the beneficiary’s ability to
serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the
majority of others in the field. For example, the petitioner may submit
copies of the beneficiary’s patents and copyrights; grant proposals; peer
reviewed articles; performance evaluations for the last five to ten years;
work that has been evaluated in independent journals; and awards for work in
the field. Any awards for work in the field must be accompanied by a
statement from the institution that granted the award, commenting on the
number of awards given, the frequency of the award, the criteria for
granting the award, and the number of individuals eligible to compete for
the award.
The petitioner must establish that the beneficiary’s skills or background
are unique and innovative and serve the national interest. If the
beneficiary possesses any special skills, knowledge or abilities that could
not be articulated on an application for labor certification, the petitioner
must submit evidence to demonstrate these special skills, knowledge or
abilities.

no hurt to try, EXCEPT，递了一次140以后就有移民倾向了，万一不行以后再想转别
的身份就有问题了。

工作了肯定是用h1b签证，而这个签证是允许有移民倾向的
