就是图上这样的，想买的房子里头全部铺的这个地板，描述里头写是‘High end wood

照片很难看，实物马马虎虎，踩着也还可以，没有啥奇怪的声音。维护比较差，脏兮兮
的，一点儿光泽都没有。另外有几处有小的破损，容易修好么？

或者打个蜡也行

你一说我去google了下好像是蛮像的耶还，有些黑黑的地方还是裂的

I don't like the small gaps in-between panels. Cleaning
is hard.

那个地板已经很脏了，木办法，维护得实在太差了
你说的make it glossy是至refinish么？

Refinish may not be necessary. Wipe it clean, check its surface,
if it's all scratch and dent, better sand it first, aka, refinish.
If still looks smooth, top coating is enough.
After cleaning, drop a little water on the floor, then gently wipe it
away. check if the top coating is still there and whether
it's still smooth.
