Can you think of a situation where your program would crash without reaching
the breakpoint which you set at the beginning of main()?

对于小额贷款，lender一般都会额外收费，borrower都会觉得划不来而不做了。

静态链接错误会导致无法编译.
动态链接错误编译成功后无法运行.

broker挣不到钱，所以不做。
如果是买，找银行直接贷款。如果是re-fi，就不要费劲了，一般不给做的，除非要
cash-out.

有一个static SomeClass xxx; 在main()以外
在SomeClass的constructor throw excption
static不是必须的

并不觉得难申请，只不过因为利润达不到我们老板的最低要求，我们基本上是不接这么
小的loan的。一般我会建议客人直接去银行做，比如直接找Wells Fargo，或者是其他
lender。rate上会有adjustment，一般15万以下的loan rate上都会稍微差些，应该跟
lender最终的盈利相关。
