Inspection 完发现俩问题，不知道算不算大问题，如果要concession，一般是多少?
0) The main panel is a Federal Pacific (FP or FPE) brand panel and breakers.
FP brand electrical panel and breakers are considered dangerous and subject
to burnout as some of the breakers may not work or may not provide
protection against fire. This problem is associated with panels and breakers
manufactured in the 1960s and 1970s and possibly extending to current
equipment. Testing has shown that as many as 65% of the breakers malfunction
,creating a fire hazard as they fail to trip in response to an overload.
Panel replacement can involve significant expense. 这个据说换新panel要1500刀.
1) Heating System: The gas furnace flexible connection from the hard
gas piping extends into the furnace cabinet. This is contrary to
standard installation practice based upon safety considerations. I
recommend correction by a qualified, licensed HVAC
